  • Caramel Frappuccino –Contains dairy-cholov stam ingredients
  • Mocha Frappuccino – Contains dairy-cholov stam ingredients
  • In New York and New Jersey there are some stores that are offering the option of requesting cholov Yisroel milk and cream. Please note that this program is not audited or certified by Star-K. Consumers who request cholov Yisroel milk in these stores should use their discretion in confirming the cholov Yisroel status of the milk being served.

  1. Starbucks is treiff because of its support of toeivah marriage. Go to dumpstarbucks.com and see for yourself. What a terrible Chillul Hashem. Anyone that buys their products is contributing to the Chillul Hashem.

  2. What about the fact that the kaylim these products are made in may be washed together with kaylim that are used for treif, washed with hot water, or maybe be switched with treif kaylim

    • According to the article, they are processed on cold equipment. Anything processed on treif cold does not become treif. It should not be done on a regular basis at home, but for purposes like travelling (eating cold cereal in real dishes at a hotel washed in a treif hot dishwasher, for example) it’s completely muttar.

  3. Wow the comments thus far are an embarrassment. Do we must post every comment someone sends in? Putting people down to try to promote your own views when you have no substantial ones is awful. Even if you made a good point, you automatically turn people away from hearing your views when you speak that way! Ask your own rabbi your halachic questions regardless. And grow up people
