Senator Felder Providing Free Flu Shots Ahead of Flu Season

Tomorrow, Thursday, October 4th, State Senator Simcha Felder, in conjunction with Mount Sinai Medical Center, will be offering free flu shots from 10:30 – 1:30 at his Boro Park office located at 4623 16th Avenue.

“Flu season runs from October through March and the flu shot is the best prevention we have. I urge everyone to bring their loved ones and come get a free flu vaccine,” said Senator Felder. “Last year’s flu season effected many people and was the worst on record. Please join me in getting your flu shot early this year.”

Influenza (flu) is a contagious respiratory illness that causes mild to severe illness. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommends the flu shot for everyone over the age of 6 months as the best form of flu prevention. Some people, such as senior citizens, young children and people with certain health conditions are at high risk of serious complications that can result in hospitalization or death.

On Thursday, registered nurses from Mt. Sinai will be available to administer the general vaccine to anyone over the age of 18, completely free of charge. Appointments are available by calling 718-253-2015.

“I wish everyone a healthy year this year,” expressed Senator Felder.

  1. Why would a healthy person pump himself up with dangerous poisonous toxins? It doesn’t make sense. If he has a good immune system, the body will be able to fight off any flu by itself. The Aibishter created a perfect body. Any other belief is apikursos.

Absolutely, unequivocally, 100% correct. At last, someone else who isn’t afraid to tell the truth. Over yom tov I started yelling at all the apikorsim in shul who had the gall to wear glasses, yet those heretics started calling me names like “shoiteh” and “meshuganeh”. Fortunately, we Torah-True Jews know better than those oisvorfs. Would you believe some of them even have aspirin in their medicine cabinets? Or wear hearing aids? Oh, the horror.

(Thank you for the comic relief before the hardcore anti-vaxxers start posting.)

    • Shoiteh Meshugeneh, is Felder forcing everyone to wear glasses and hearing aids? Those who want to take the flu shots and are not afraid of the aftereffects should go ahead and take it and he should leave the rest alone. What they’re not telling you is that in Jan 2018 a CDC doctor has warned that last year’s disastrous flu shot may have been responsible for the deadly flu epidemic sweeping the country.
