Protests Planned Across US Over Trump’s Border Wall Emergency Declaration

Protests are set to take place across the United States over President Donald Trump’s signing of an executive order declaring a national emergency in order to free up the billions of dollars required to fund wall construction on the US-Mexico border.

Some of the anti-border wall demonstrations are being organized through social activism platforms including and According a statement from MoveOn posted to twitter, there are over 250 protests planned in 47 states “opposing the #FakeEmergency and #RacistWall.”
