Newt Gingrich: Comey ‘Caved’ to Political Pressure

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, a Donald Trump supporter and adviser, said on Sunday that FBI Director James Comey “caved” when he announced to lawmakers that the agency is not changing its conclusion on whether to indict Hillary Clinton over her private email server.

“Comey must be under enormous political pressure to cave like this and announce something he can’t possibly know,” Gingrich tweeted this afternoon immediately after the announcement. Read more at TWITTER.

  1. your headline could not have been better phrased. it is so true. even a guy like Comey who has had (at least until now) a pristine reputation actually “caved in” to political pressure! Mr Comey, i am so surprised and disappointed in you. you and everyone else knows that you could not possibly have gone through 650,000 emails in such a short period of time. do you think the american people are that stupid?…..perhaps they are….Hashem Yishmor!

  2. A week ago Newt was singing his praises.
This is just so stupid. If you agree with Trump, you are a genius.
If you disagree, you are evil and deserve to be jailed.

I fear this tin-pot dictator and his ruthless sycophants.

  3. It’s just amazing how people become lawyers and investigators as soon as they don’t like a decision the FBI made. Comey investigates? Great job! Comey doesn’t indict? Traitor!
People don’t have facts and instead continuesly regurgitate points that talk show hosts bring up.
Stop allowing yourself to be conned and face facts!
