Before Shabbos, Rav Fisher was transferred to the Mount Sinai Hospital Rehab facility. Prior to being transferred from Lutheran Hospital, he began to open his eyes and move his arms and legs. When his son-in-law sang him his favorite zemer, “Kah Echsof,” he was asked to smile and he did.

“He is now opening his eyes for longer periods of time and is even making efforts to speak. He is showing signs greater physical mobility and cognition,” was told.

The family is very encouraged and has great hakoras hatov to the tzibbur for all their tefillos.

All are asked to continue davening and saying Tehillim for Rav Moshe Yitzchok ben Serel for a refuah sheleimah.
