New Jersey Governor and presidential hopeful Chris Christie is leaving the campaign trail to head back to his home state for the impending snow storm.
Storm Jonas is expected to hit New Jersey and the rest of the Northeast this weekend.
“I want to make sure the people of my state feel safe and secure,” the Republican tweeted from New Hampshire, where he has spent much time campaigning in recent weeks.
