[Photos below.] Yidden in Lakewood gathered at five locations for public biur chometz – the Beth Medrash Govoha parking lot, on Seventh Street between Forest Avenue and Private Way; the Lakewood Cheder parking lot off of Clifton Avenue, between Ninth and Tenth Streets; Khal Zichron Yaakov, Rabbi Gissinger’s shul, on Sunset Road; Congregation Sons of Israel, at the corner of Madison Avenue and Sixth Street; and the parking lot of the Chateau Grand on River Avenue.
In the following photos, Matzav.com takes you to the main location in the Beth Medrash Govoha parking lot, on Seventh Street between Forest Avenue and Private Way, where hundreds of people, including the roshei yeshiva and many rabbonim, gathered for biur chometz. Among the attendees were Rav Shmuel Deutch, rosh yeshiva of Yeshiva Kol Torah in Eretz Yisroel; Rav Chaim Boruch Wolpin, rosh yeshiva of Yeshivas Karlin Stolin; Rav Doniel Neustadt, yosheiv rosh of the Vaad Harabbonim of Detroit, and many other rabbonim.
