A Hanover Township man is in jail after he called WFMZ-TV and told them he was going to rob a bank and invited them to come along.
Forty-year-old Francis Coleman is charged with making terroristic threats. He called WFMZ-TV Wednesday night and said he was upset with the Bank of America branch in Hanover Township.
He said he was going to rob the bank at 11 a.m. Thursday and he invited the TV station to come and videotape him in the act.
WFMZ-TV contacted police after the threat, and Coleman was arrested at his home early Thursday morning.
He’s being held at the Northampton County Prison on $75,000 bail.
